We noticed that there are two different job types referring to HRIS Synchronization. Question is what is the difference between those? We noticed that one job type is being triggered by Provisioning and one from the instance.
Is there a different scope for those job types? If yes which are those?
Thanks in advance for your input.

Hi,
There is not much difference between the two job types. Sync HRIS Data job is scheduled in Scheduled Job Manager in the tenant while HRIS Sync job is scheduled in provisioning. And there's more Job Parameters can be configured in HRIS Sync job in the provisioning. For example, Compensation specific options for HRIS sync job, Sync job runtime options. Hope this clarifies.

Kayla
