i'm trying to identify why my access
to community.successfactors.com
have suddently be lost during 1H 2022 release weekend.
does other customers have faced these issue ?
I've opened a ticket but support didn't identified the problem yet.
i want to know if it's related to successFactors community,
user community data migration from successfactors community to sap community
or unwanted change in sap learninghub impacting my access (because sap learning is used for authentication in community.successfactors.com)
Request clarification before answering.
Hello! Sorry for this inconvenience. This didn't affect all users and there was a workaround URL. But, fortunately the redirect issue has been fixed on the SF Customer Community so you should no longer be experiencing any issues.
