Hi Cassandra. Did your organization recently apply the Report Center update (released for all this quarter - 1708)? If so, additional role based permissions (RBPs) need to be set under 'Reports Permission' to make it accessible. More information can be found here:
If your company did not recently update to the new Report Center then I still recommend checking your RBPs as your access may have been changed by your Security Admin.
