I am in charge of network engineer for my customer who is using Success Factors Service. I have been performing PoC for SaaS optimization solution of Riverbed, but it failed due to whitelist of source IP on Success Factors. That's why customer are cosidering the other way from whitelist of source IP to authenticate devices. What I would like to know is if Success Factors can support SSL client certificate method or not. Success Factors can install CA certificate easily?
