Does anyone have an idea of how to get the leader at a certain level down from a CEO for integrations/reporting?
This is common in other systems but I can't think of a way to do it in SuccessFactors.
For example, your CEO would be your Level 1 leader. If i was in HR, my CHRO might be my level 2 leader. My VP of operations might be my level 3 leader, etc
How could i get the system to determine this without maintaining a field in job info or somewhere else and report out or integrate out that information?

If you are using Position Management, there is a field that can be activated in the configuration called 'jobLevel'. That would be one place you could populate and store the data for reporting. Would have to be maintained.
