Desktop Assistant recording incident in Internet Explorer (IE) with Silverlight

Asking for a customer :).

One of our browser applications (Click Schedule) requires Silverlight. During recording, it SEN doesn’t appear to be recognizing the application’s context (buttons, fields, etc) and just makes a total screenshot from the click action. Is there something related to Silverlight that could be affecting this? Any tips to get it to recognize the field level context so click and other actions are appropriately associated?

A few items. One there is a new Enablement Assistant for Edge and Chrome. Take a look at this Blog.

Make sure to look at the profile being used when recording. If you do not need to use Desktop Assistant for playback you can try Quick Recorder as the profile.

If those items do not work I would suggest a support ticket to take a closer look.

Thanks
