Hi Vaibhav,
please make sure that everything what is related to the Desktop Assistant is correctly published, also used templates. Sometimes it also helps if you clear the Cache of the DA. In your Windows Taskbar (Tray Icons) there should be a Desktop Assistant symbol appearing if the DA is running. Right click on it lets give you the option to the "Delete Local Cache"
If this will also not help please open up an Incident by using the component KM-WPB-NAV.
