Desktop Asisstant does not start with Task Scheduler

Hi

I wanted to start my DA with Task Scheduler.

Used the following command:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP Enable Now\Desktop Assistant 10/navigator.exe" "https://bv.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/_zbv/~tag/published/da/DA_DD990A55516D93B3/group.dnt"

Then I get the following error.

But starting the DA from Producer it works.

The DA and content is published.

What could that mean?

Hi Thomas,

The error message is indicating that the URL of the group.dnt file is not correct or the local installation of SAP Companion for Desktop is unable to get access to it, e.g. it is being blocked by network settings. Have you been through the SAP Companion for Desktop (on premise) installation guide to see if you can identify an error with your URL for the .dnt file.

If you go through the guide and cannot identify the error, please raise a support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-NAV to get help from the Enable Now support team.
