Desktop agent mode activation issues

Hi Everyone,

While testing the automation I am getting an error as: An error occurred during the switch of the mode.

Version 3.19.58.

Attached the screenshot for same error.

If restart happened for agent, one time it was working and for next test again it was giving the error in agent and it was loading the agent without any response. image-3.png.

Can I get the details on the above error, and suggestions would be more helpful as we have Demo sessions.

Issue fixed after new agent registration and updating internal Internet Security Tools (open connection to BTP trail...)

Hello, I'm recieving same error when testing RPA from BTP Demo.

Existing projects were OK since October 13th. Tried to prepare demo today an got error
