With this deprecation, please advise on how customers need to configure Pay Scale Objects with this new Compensation Structure object. Are we now required to set up a new Compensation Structure in order to use an API for this data? Please explain the steps we are to take due to this change.
We are a construction industry customer with a large US union employee population and use the Pay Scale objects (not picklists) for these pay rates. We are not an SAP Payroll or ERP customer, but we replicate this data using API to our payroll system.
