Has anyone come up with a way to determine if the national ID entered inside the dependent details matches any existing one in the system? i.e. to know which related employees are working in the same company and they declare each other in the system, so it must change a field flag to Yes.
I understand that the standard validation is there but it seems to only work during hire/rehire. It is currently enabled but if i add a dependent at any point in time, it doesnt get flagged by the standard validation.
