If I create a recording in the English language, is there a feature that allows me to translate the content of bubbles automatically to a different language?

Yes. Tools > Translation > Automated Translation all will convert all default (Recording Dictionary) text. If you want to also translate custom text, you need to either Tools > Translation > Export Translation File / send for translation / Tools > Import Translation File, or use SAP Translation Hub (Tools > Translation . Machine Translation).
