Demo, Practice and Document link icon is not visible in Published View

Hi there!

We are not able to view the Demo Mode, Practice Mode, and Document Link Icon in the Published View link. However, the same can be visible in the Local Preview, Author Preview, and Compound document. Can someone please help me and my team out? Thank you in advance!

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that the link button image resources are not published. Publish everything in Resources and then try again.
