I have a problem when trying to delete a leave request already approved and posted.
We have a custom workflow (9000002), as copy of the standard one. There have been added an additional level of approval in the workflow; there are 2 approval steps. This workflow works fine in case of Insertion (INS) of the record. So we have as sequential status: SENT, SENT, APPROVED, POSTED. Posted is of course, after the running of the RPTARQPOST program.
For the deletion (operation DEL) we have linked the same workflow (9000002). But we have the issue when running it. After the first approval step, the workflow goes directly in status APPROVED. So we have, SENT, APPROVED, POSTED. We do not have the second SENT status.
We have checked even the customizing table PTREQ_STATUS_TRA, and I see that for status SENT, and action DELETE there was only one step. I have tried to add even the second step for the DELETE, but it does not work.
We have questions:
- how the DELETION has to be triggered?
- the action DELETE from the table PTREQ_STATUS_TRA, what does it mean?
- The first approver, how has to APPROVE the deletion? Using the APPROVE button is fine? Or is it necessary an additional button?
