Hi, Can you please help me in deleting the users permanently in SEN ? I selected the user and clicked "Purge all Personal Data the data" but Login ID of the user is still available in the user list.

Yes Dirk is correct, the current functionality makes it very difficult to delete user records. The good news is that there is new functionality expected in the next release that will make it much easier to permanently delete user records from Enable Now. So, I wouldn't spend much time on this activity now as it will soon be much easier.
You can delete users with the Server Housekeeping. To be deleted user must be inactive, and also there mustn't be any records in other DB tables associated with that user (learning history, tasks, etc)
Thanks for the reply Anton. I entered Administration -> Server Housekeeping and selected workareas, date and time. Selected deletion objective as Users. Do I need to click Start button now ? I scare to click start as it may delete all users.
In my experience it probably won't delete ANY users because the pre-conditions haven't been met. IIRC it gives you a list of users that will be deleted and you can confirm, but there's no option to select/deselect individual users from that list.
If you can. I would wait until the 22.06 release, as this process is going to get easier.
