Deleting requests from the report "Item Request"

Dear all,

I have one question to the report "Item Request". Is it possible to delete older request from the report? For example if you organized a training for the users who have requested for it? Otherwise - I think - it could happen that you will loose the overview after a while.

You can manually delete requests on the respective item's Class Request tab.

You can set up the Purge Class Request process to remove request that older then certain number of days.

Look into using the Add Users From Request List option on the Class Registrations tab. Adding people to a class with option removes their request.

Hello Lea,

You could make use of the 'Purge Class Requests' automatic process. The Purge Class Request cleans up old requests.
