Deleted requisitions are displayed when running a search

Hello experts,

I'm facing a problem when running a search to display all data (Candidates, Requisitions and Published Job Posting). I get some displayed requisition that have been deleted (See the screen below).

I think those requisitions are not deleted from trex server.

Any idea ?

Hi Hicham,

Usually all requisitions are indexed - independent on their status (eg. to be deleted). If you want to limit that in the quick search you can use BAdI HRRCF_SEARCH_HIDDEN_INFO to limit it only to special statuses.

Thank you for your reply. I will try to enhance this BadI to limit displayed data. Now my question is Trex index all requisitions even those deleted by E-Recruiting Adminsitrator ?

The requisition no 50003028 does not exist anymore :

This is normal functioning ?

How did you do the deletion? Via the administrator tool or ILM?

The de-indexing is triggered in coding. Which status does it have in HRP5125 an T77RCF_CDCYLIST?

Make also sure that note 1993488 is in your system.
