Deleted integration in Employee Central is still running

We deleted an integration that was scheduled to run daily. We thought that deleting the integration would also remove the job but this is not the case. Although we can no longer see the file in My Integrations we see in Monitor Integrations that the job is running and the output is being delivered.

At this point how do we stop this scheduled job?

In our experience, when there is an IC job running for a previous IC version, it can only be cancelled via provisioning (i.e., we must call our provisioning partner or open an SAP ticket for them to do it). I think this can happen when you straight up delete a job that is currently scheduled, or if you have a a currently scheduled job which you modify and press "save" instead of "save and schedule". The latter will show different versions in the Integration Center vs. what version appears in provisioning.
