Delete rule or job for MDF object

Hello all,

Is there a possibility to create a rule on an MDF object that when a certain record is deleted, based on a rule, another record is being created in another custom MDF object? Or link a rule to a ISC event that can trigger an integration to create a new record?

Or maybe a standard job that can run and based on a specific field can delete automatically records for a MDF?
