DELETE option is not there to delete an employee under People in LMS.

We have to remove duplicate users in LMS. DELETE option is not there to delete an employee in LMS: Unable to delete an user because we observed  DELETE option is not visible. It might be post release of 1H FY25 . Could anyone help us.

Replication steps: Learning administration -> People -> Users -> Opening an Employee -> Under actions, we are unable to see DELETE option Now.

@Ramya9, what's the "User Source System" for the user that the "Delete" option isn't displayed?

Users synced from the broader SuccessFactors platform Employee Central and that user's data integrated to LMS(Learning Management System). source system as "SuccessFactors Platform". Replication Steps: Loggin to SuccessFactors Production -> Moving to Learning management System -> Under people tab Opening user profile ->Under actions there is no Delete option.

Ok. Users existing in SuccessFactors Platform should be managed through BizX/Platform, including their deletion/purge (KBA 2615360).
