Delete 'Exam Objects (Legacy)'

Hello Team,
Hope you're doing well.

I'm working on a clean-up of 'Exam Objects (Legacy)', however, for some of them I receive the message '... cannot be removed because it is in use', and I checked and the legacy exam is linked to already completed items, hence item revision won't work.

Do you have any idea how I can delete or inactivate these legacy exams associated to items/previous completions?

If it's not possible to delete them (because they were used in the past?) is there some way to at least inactivate them? Or edit the title so I can add a 'Do not use' in the Legacy Exam Title?

Hello,

Go to the exam and on the overview unpublish the exam. You can also go to settings and look at the Localized Settings tab to update title/description.

@SofiaPSoares, the "lockItemContentStructure" setting can be temporarily changed to allow modifications at the course's "Online Content" level.
