Delete Employee From SuccessFactors

Hello Everyone,

I want to delete an employee from SuccessFactors with "DRTM," but each time I fail, and the system shows a dialogue message :

Don’t purge when:

• - User belongs to an incomplete compensation or variable pay form
• - User has compensation or variable pay form

how can i resolve this and delete this user correctly

Hi @salimo ,

Which purge job are you using? If you are using Master Data Purge, you can uncheck those checkboxes and it should delete the person successfully, as long as they have an inactive status. There is also an option to Ignore data retention time configuration for this purge request, so use that if needed also. 

If you are using another purge job and can't use these options, you should be able to run a report showing what forms the person owns or are part of. Delete any forms they own, and remove them from forms they are on, and hopefully that will clear the way to purge them.
