Delete Employee From SuccessFactors

Hello Everyone,

I want to delete an employee from SuccessFactors with "DRTM," but each time I fail, and the system shows a dialogue message :

Don’t purge when:

• - User belongs to an incomplete compensation or variable pay form
• - User has compensation or variable pay form

how can i resolve this and delete this user correctly

Hi @salimo 

To purge users on SuccessFactors you need to proceed with some actions before, including make inactive this employees.

I think that for your case you need to proceed with deletion of all Compensation and VarPay worksheets linked to this users.
