Our LMS supports delegate functionality for Managers - i.e. within the organisation structure, the ability for the supervisor/manager to delegate responsibility to one or more of their subordinates in their absence.
We would also like to know whether it is possible for all learners, not just supervisor/managers, to be able to select a proxy who would be able to do transactions such as book/cancel courses on the learner's behalf. This would be very welcome for partners/directors, delegating the responsibility to their secretaries who manage their diaries.
