Delegate A/B Functionality

I am planning to Implement Delegate A/B functionality to customer.

1) If a Manager add Delegate A (granted Time Off permission), will the Time Off approval request flow to Delegate A?

2) Can we control the delegate A seeing historical Time off records.

Hi Jaison,

1. The delegate function does not support the redirection of workflows. There is no standard functionality for the redirection of workflows at the moment. The client can opt to use Auto-delegate or proxy, or to change the workflow entirely.

2. Yes, the permission role should not have to be the same as the Manager role. You should test this to be sure.

No, a time off request also triggers a workflow. Delegatees cannot approve workflows via the Delegate functionality.
