Hello,
I am trying to define a questionnaire, to which I assign a question with predefined scale, as the following:
In the EXPECTED RESPONSE column I would like to define several answers as expected, for example ratings 8,9 and 10, as shown in the above
screenshot. However, after I save the questionnaire, the system defines only to lower level as expected response (in this example only rating 8 is defined as expected).
Isn't it possible to define several ratings in one question as expected responses?
Thank you for the assistance,
Liran

Hi Liran,
Andy is right. An expected response is mostly only possible for one anser (see also note 1837239).

Nicole

what do you think? :-). I'm afraid it's not possible in standard.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for the reply.
Are you absolutely sure it's not possible in the standard system?
If so, then why is it possible at the first place to mark several questions as expected? Please pay attention that the EXPECTED RESPONSE column type is Checkboxes and not Radio Buttons - this implies that SAP meant that it will be possible to mark several ratings as expected.
Am I wrong?
Thanks again,
Liran
Hello Liran,
I just checked in my system and it has the same behaviour as you have described. It picks up only the first checked box and rest of the checkboxes are omitted.
While looking at the notes on market place, I found below note which is an old one:
Note 889380 - Expected response flag
getting reset in questionnaires
Seems, you need to raise a note to SAP.
