Default values that should apply for onboardee and MPH

Hi Onboarding Experts,

I’m looking to default certain fields in the Personal Data Collection screen for onboardees — and I’d like these defaults to also apply in Manage Pending Hires.

For example, I want to set the “Is Primary” flag in Emergency Contacts to “Yes” by default.

However, when I use a standard EC business rule, it only applies in Manage Pending Hire, not in the Data Collection form that the onboardee sees.

Is there a way to make this default apply in both places?
