I have a scenario as below
pay scale structure objects (pstype, area, group, level) are enabled recently. Compensation structure is a new MDF object enabled as well.
compensation structure has been defined with relevant pay components under each. many such compensation structures are created and pay components differ for each category. This set up has been done for each countries - Belgium, Finland, Sweden, Norway. one such example as shown below
while trying to make adjustments on existing employee (via change job and comp info) with the combination selected as white collar (from PS objects) along with relevant compensation structure entry as selected, expectation at compensation information portlet is that I am able to see pay components which are configured as per the compensation structure object. This is working fine.
how ever the same behavior is not seen for a new hire, meaning all pay components are appearing instead of only pay components as per compensation structure object.
there are no business rules which are currently controlling it. Is there a way to achieve it?
