We have a requirement for deductible amount request Called donation in successfactors, employee can request a donation request to donate some amount from his salary on monthly basis or one time deduction based on the request, i m kind of thinking to implement in benefits, in benefits one deduction pay component is not allowed when i try to select pay component , if i want to explore with advances it will not allow without payment, how can we achieve this without a payment , it is only donation to deduct the amount from employee salary not a payment, kindly suggest if anyone has any workaround.
