Deactivate Learning Administrators

Hi There

For an LMS user who is also an learning adminstrator is it possible to deactivate their administrator account at the same time as the learning user account is deactivated.

If you set the Related User field for administrator accounts, then administrator accounts will be locked when the related user account is deactivated.

jacampos your provided solution certainly seems most efficient and appropriate.

For some reason in our environment this does not appear to be occurring.

Is there a potential setting I am missing that needs enabling.

agree with jacampos as best solution.

Alternatively, you could use the Integration center to generate an Admin connector file, and process it on the same schedule as the user connector. But this seems like more work than necessary.
