We have just launched our SF Recruiting module.
We operate in some markets where within the same country we have different legal entities that have different data protection requirements. Unfortunately, the DPCS settings only allow us to configure a statement to candidates based on country.
I imagine in the US, different States may have different data protection regulations and so likely this is an issue for US based SuccessFactors customers too?
I am wondering if others have this same requirement and if so, how have they worked around this?
