Issue:
If you create reports with startdate/hour in your report, they are converted to the time schedule your in. Now we are in Europe/Brussel in summertime (daylightsavingtime), in wintertime we have the (Normal time). If we report on classes between those 2 time settings, we will see the startdate being recalculated. SAP SuccessFactors calls it system behavior, but it is very confusing and not manageable if we would ever use it as a source for integrations.
In my opinion you cannot expect a training admin who reports on his scheduled learning classes to keep in mind that all classes that start after the 30th of October would be adjusted because of Normal time.
How do other European companies go about this topic as the switch of winter and summer time is pretty standard in most European countries?
