I need to create a query which I will then insert into the Plug-in table (TCMP); Is there any documentation regarding the structure of databases and tables?

You can use the Data Dictionaries present in the link below. It has the structure of all the tables used in SAP Commissions.

I have Calliduscloud community access where this document resides. Not sure if you have that.

I don't see this documentation in Launchpad or SAPforme. I think the best way for you would be to reach out to SAP support. They will provide you the documentation. You should ask for "Data Dictionaries: Commissions 2015.4 Release "
