Data Transfer from Rect. to PA

Hi All,

For the very first time I configured Recruitment & doing the testing. I hired an Applicant & performed required actions.

But when I tried to transfer applicant data from recruitment to PA, through PA40- hire applicant action, the system showing en error message like

No/Incomplete 'Transfer applicant data' activity for applicant number 00001554

Message no. PA216

His status is "To be Hired"

Kindly provide your inputs in resolving this.

Are you using custom applicant action? or standard sap applicant action?

Hi,

Did you run the action "Prepare to Hire" in PB40? Use transaction code PBA7 to directly transfer the applicant data.
