The process "Data transfer for New Hire" is done form the front end.
Candidate reflects in Tx: PA48.
After selecting the employee from the list , hiring is completed.
But the personnel number given in back end does not reflect in the front end.
Also the external candidate is not changed to an internal candidate.
I have checked the following BaDI impementations:
CONV_HR_DATA_TO_EREC (HRSYNC_P),
CHECK_INTER_NA_EXIST (HRALX_HRALXSYNC_BADI),
HR_INTEGRAT_TO_EREC (HRPAD00INFTY),
HRRCF00_STORE_HRQUAL (HRBAS00INFTY)
And they are active.
Kindly let me know if anything else needs to be done.
Thanks and Best Regards

Hello Srivatsa,
Based on the information you have provided, seems, your using integrated scenario. Is that correct?
Also, whats the hiring date? is it future dated? Did you check the report HRALXSYNC already?

Hi Sarvesh,
Thank you very much for the reply.
Yes it is integrated scenario.
Hiring date is the current date . I had not checked the report .
I ran the report now and checked it was green in the back end.
On the UI , when I search for that particular employee , the personnel number is reflecting here.
But it was not reflecting when searched in the corresponding requisiton,
I logged off from the portal and then logged in , then i could see personnel number in requisition as well.
Thanks and Best Regards
Srivatsa
Hello Srivatsa,
Seems, something was not refreshing properly as after re-logging in, it worked fine.
When you say corresponding requisition, where exactly in requsition were you looking for this newly hired employee? Also, I would suggest you to ran a new test and after hiring an employee refresh the requisition in the dashboard...there is a small button on the bottom-right of the recruiter dashboard.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
