Hello Experts,
Sap E-rec process was working fine .
Now it encountered problem in data transfer of External candidate .
Before, it was working perfect .
What is happening now ...
When i click on Activity " DATA TRANSFER FOR NEW EMPLOYEE ", and click on Data transfer button, and press ok .
This Activity automatically got completed status ( green tick) and along with it two more same " DATA TRANSFER" activity got triggered automatically
with status planned . Even if try to Edit any of them , click DATA TRANSFER and then Press Ok, it got completed automatically by Workflow User .
And if i Check PA48, It throws Error No data available, from Partner system .
In starting I was using Report RCF_CREATE_USERS for creating internal candidates ( INTEGRATED SCENARIO), then i came to know we need to use Report HRALXSYNC for integrated scenario . So, I scheduled job HRALXSYNC with sap default variant , as seen in some threads of SCN .
This Is the only change I have done In Devlopment Server ? Is this the Cause of it ? Even for Few Employees, like i have a recruiter, its Email Address got disappeared .
And in Quality Server, Data transfer is happening, But In Activity "data transfer ", Position detail which comes automatically is not coming ...
I am not able to get why such problems are happening as everything was working fine before .
Please suggest the best possible solution and help me to overcome it and Yes am novice user , thats why i didn't know Technicality of This system Exactly, which may be causing so many problems for me ........
