Data Replication pending status

Hi Experts

The employees are reflecting as pending every day after replication. We can reprocess them but after a while they are back in pending status in the Data Replication Monitor.

What could be the cause of this?

We are experiencing the same behavior in replication monitor as of yesterday. Any insight on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
