Data overview in HTML for Recruiter and Manager role in SAP E-Recruiting

Hello Experts,

Good Day!!!

One of our client is looking for Candidate Data Overview to be viewed in HTML instead of PDF view fro Manager, Recruiter and Rec Admin.

I have removed X for PINST_DISPLAY_PDF parameter from the table V77RCF_MDL_PRMC and V77RCF_MDL_PRM. External candidate is able to view his profile data overview and Job Posting in HTML format. Same settings have been made for Manager too but it's not working.

Is this parameter works only for Job posting data overview?? Is there any other way to achieve this for Manager, Recruiter and Rec Admin too???

Kindly suggest me with your valuable inputs.

Hi Sekhar,

If you have only set it for the job posting data overview, then yes, you will only have it for that data overview. You need to set it for all data overviews you just want to see in PDF.

Thank you for your quick revert and information.

I could be able to set it for Job posting in Table V77RCF_MDL_PRMC and V77RCF_MDL_PRM for candidate and the same is reflecting for manger too.

If I have to set the same settings for all others, where can I do it and what parameter can be modified? For Recruiter and Rec Admin there is no such parameter available in table V77RCF_PRMC_PL. What can be done in this situation?? Kindly suggest the way to solve this.
