Data on the report of the in-progress Calibration sessions is missing

Hello Experts,

We are using Talent Module and we want to create a report on the in-progress sessions of the calibration module.

We created one such report and when testing, we observed that the day on day basis, the data employee data exists on the report but the ratings fall off and they are showing as blank even those employees have data on the calibration sessions.

Any of the customers observed this behavior?

We raised an incident with support team but no resolution yet.

Appreciate any other customers' inputs on this.

Hello @Marisa_shi,

Yes, we got a response from SF on my question. They identified the reason, and it is due to Auto Data Purge feature. In this Auto Data Purge, there is an option "Audit Data Without Personally Identifiable Information (retention period: 180 days)" which is checked automatically in the lower instances (preview and test). 

Because of this option, the data is getting purged and so the ratings of the calibration sessions fall off from the report.
