Data fields description (not anonymized during test instance refresh)

Dear Community,

In order to be able to set up a test environments refresh policy for my company I need to obtain the description of data provided under fields that are not being not anonymized. I have raised this topic on SAP for Me portal under ticket no. 420302/2025, however was advised that "The circumstances you describe relate to a consulting problem, rather than a problem with the product. As a support team we only handle issues and defects in the system and have limited scope when it comes to consulting / how-to questions. What we suggest is to reach out to the Partner Delivery Community to get assistance as this type of request is not handled by the Product Support team." I will add that I was not able to find data fields description under https://help.sap.com/docs/successfactors-platform/using-instance-refresh-tool/instance-refresh-data-... KBA as well. The fields I would like to understand in the first instance are:

- Employee Central - actor
- Employee Central - role_id
- Employee Central - COMPA_RATIO
- Employee Central emp_paycomp:AMOUNT 
- Employee Central emp_paycomp:PERCENT 
- Employee Central emp_paycomp:NUMBER 
- Employee Central PLACE_OF_BIRTH 
- Employee Central suffix 
- Employee Central account_number 
- Employee Central job_title 
- Employee Central extension 
- Employee Central IM_INFO 
- Employee Central amount 
- Employee Central EMP_JOB_INFO 
- Employee Central National_ID 
- Employee Central calculated_amount 

For example: what does "Actor" mean?
