When a contractor is move from one employ gr. to another, does it create entry in info type 0041. I am little bit confused here, because in IT0041 I can see few types as 03 = Contract start and 04 = Contract End.
Depends on existing system configuration, if any dynamic action is configured then it defaults date. Check configuration of Dynamic actions you will get an idea.
