Hello:

I will share my experience and basically, I split the actions base on responsibilities:

Technical:

• Confirm all the test scenarios are completed and signed.  
• Go or no Go approved to Go
• Confirm all the configuration tested is ready on the PRD tenant.
• Confirm all integrations are in place.
• All user id´s were shared with the end users.
• Plan for all system turn off.
• Communication to SFSF operation team delivered.

Human:

• Training performed
• Communication delivered
• Support line ready to attend
• Manuals or systems guides available
• Go live Confirmation
