Customization of the SuccessFactors candidate profile

What are the options for customizing the SuccessFactors candidate profile UI? And where can I find more information about this, documentation, examples, etc.?

Here are some more specific questions.

1) Is it possible to have the highlighted items invoke requests for urls pointing to resources external to SuccessFactors (external links, e.g. to documents in a separate CMS)?

1b) Can I add a link to a cloud platform extension application in the header area (next to "View Profile" maybe) which would capture the candidate's id, i.e. clicking the link would open the extension application passing it the candidate's id.

2) Same question for the candidate profile (reached through candidate search or by clicking View Profile above):

3) Is it possible to add a custom element or widget to the candidate page UI (the first of these screen captures), e.g. one the content of which is managed by a cloud platform extension application? For example here:

But more generally anywhere in, or accessible from, the candidate UI, maybe a custom block similar to Previous Employment:

4) Is it possible to add links to external resources in either of the attachment lists:

Hello - I don't see any replies to this query. Moreover, in the new candidate interface, the View Profile is no longer present, thus certain data being displayed in this screen are lost. Can anyone help to display the "View Profile" again?

Hi @Arshad ,

I think if you want to actually want to see the "View Profile" button and use it, you have to switch back to the legacy workbench, which you can do by being in the candidate pipeline view and pressing "Switch to Legacy Candidate Workbench" (People will also need the Standalone Search Permission for Candidates)

For the new Workbench as far as I know and could find, it seems that the Profile Information will be synchronized into the new Application view. Maybe the following Guide will help:

However i was looking for a specific section - Referral Information where the historic of referral is stored. I cannot find this section in the new layout.
