Customization - Marking Class Attendance/Completion via Barcode/Link by user/participants

Could you please confirm if below customization is possible in SuccessFactors Learning?

Trainers create training directly in the Learning Management System (SAP LMS), generate a link/QR code to this training, and then anyone attending (Participated) can register their attendance (Mark their Learning History/Course Completion) to this training directly using the link/QR code.

In LMS, QR codes are tied to individual users, not classes. Scanning the QR Code for a user marks attendance, but not completion/learning history. So unfortunately, this does not meet your requirements.

You could potentially solve for this using BTP/BAS, and the LMS API, but that would be a custom solution, entirely outside of the LMS.

I guess its been awhile since I used this functionality. In the past when i was an instructor, i was also an admin. I had used an ipad for class attendance processing the qrcode from the notification or mobile app of the student. I need to implement this again but at this company, the instructors do not have permissions to add to learning history which means that This still requires an admin to process. I need the attendance of the student to then provide item that the classes are scheduled on to mark completion  for the student.
