Custom Workflow

Hi,

Do we have any option to make old manager as a approver, If we change any of the field value like Business Unit, Cost Center, Department etc. then first approver should be old manager (Last supervisor) and then second approver should be current manager?

Guide me if we can configure this approver workflow in SAP Successfactors.
