Custom Portlet/Block Visibility

I have created a Custom Portlet using the following steps:

1. Navigated to Admin Centre > Manage Configuration UI > Create New
2. Selected my Base Object
3. Configured Fields
4. Navigate to Admin Center > Tool Search > Configure People Profile
5. In the Search area for Available blocks, add "Live Profile MDF Information" block
6. Drag and dropped the porltet into the desired available space
7. Selected the new Portlet add the custom ID
8. Select the UI screen Id and click on Save button.
9. Go to 'Manage Permission Role' > select permission role
10. Employee View select the new portlet

Unfortunately the portlet is not visible in the employee profile.

Does anybody have any advice on what I may have done wrong.

Dear comex_,

Did you grant the permission to this new Profile Block?

Take a look into the permission role, Employee Views, because this look like a permission issue.

Yes I granted permissions to the new profile block, that was step 9 and 10 of my original post.
