Custom notification not working when New hire imported

Hi,

We have created a custom notification for new hire/rehire via document generation, notification is receiving when new employee hired manually, however it does not receive when new employee data come from third party onboarding tool i.e (ICIMS) and also not working on imports as well.

could you help me on this how to resolve this issue?

Hi Jasper,

we have created custom notification in Document Generation and business rule created and added that business rule in Jobinformation onsave Rule.

What are you using to have it generated, is it like a business rule connected to the Employee Information Model (if so it would make sense as the imports don't count as hire and it would require a different rule type)?
