Custom Field not getting updated

Custom field ethnicity/Race is configured to sync from EC into LMS through the connector, checking the archives in connector schedulling, the field does come from but when you go to the Label on the profile in LMS it is not showing.

@ThaboMaroga, as per the Importing Custom Fields from Platform to Learning, the custom field configuration line formatting is different than the one that was shared. Additionally, check if there was any exception in the User Connector - SF run for the user who didn't have that custom field value added/updated.
