Custom Field For Calibration

Hello,

We have a custom checkbox field on our Performance form where a people Leader can nominate an Employee for a award if their rated exceptional for the year. The People Leader has to also provide written details on the rationale of why they nominated this Employee for the award. When the users are pulled into a calibration we would also like the award nominees to be discussed and determined. As of right now there is no way that we know of for this to happen? Does anyone have a creative workaround for how this could be done?

If PM Forms were already launched, the option I can propose is to create a Tile or Report (in Report Centre) to extract the Awards + People Leader rationale and use this report or tile to have the info available in a handy way. Also, if you decide to create a Tile, you can use Presentations to showcase the info in a quite fancy way. It's not an integrated solution, however, HRBP's and decision makers will have the info required facilitate the discussion and decision making.

If PM Forms haven't been launched, you could explore the option of using some of the PM form or Employee profiles fields enabled for calibration purposes to allocate the info related to Awards and then you can use that info in a calibration view. This is an scenario that requires design and testing.
