Custom Email Notification in PMGM

Hi Team,

We have configured a Probation Form in PMGM. Once Manager provides rating as Confirmed an email Notification should be sent to Employee that his probation period has been successfully Completed. Is there any way to configure this type of notification.

Hello @aradhana_gaddam

In the email notifications settings page; you can have for each form a different (email body text), so you can do this for the probation and the text you maintain will be used only for the probation form completed, note that it can't be based on the result of the evolution, i mean regardless of the evaluation result it will be always the same email.
